The Daily What discovered this Craigslist ad (above), touting a two and a half month sublet in Washington D.C.’s Dupont Circle area with utilities included. But utilities aren’t the only thing included:

“You will share the apartment with 16 well mannered cats and 2 Roombas,” the ad reads. “The cats will occupy the other bedroom, and the roombas will be on patrol to help keep the hair situation under control.”

Never heard of a pet Roomba!? Yeah, us neither. Apparently these have names, too.
